Dangers of “New Weight Loss/Muscle Building” Supplement

The FDA has issued a warning regarding a constituent being using in supplements purported for weight loss and muscle building. Please avoid supplements containing methylhexanamine, 1,3 DMAA or geranium extract. Bottom line for weight loss and muscle building:  exercise and healthy diet. Certainly there are medical conditions which may be contributing to challenges in these areas–all the  more reason to avoid the marketed “quick fixes” and get to the underlying cause.
