Probiotics–To Reduce Those Seasonal Colds

I often recommend the use of high-quality probiotics during the cold and flu season.  The goals are to keep the body “flooded” with beneficial microorganisms and prevent illness.  Recent research does in fact bear out that those taking probiotics had fewer and less intense colds than those not on probiotics.  So, if you are prone to colds and flus (or even if you’re not), try probiotics and see if they improve your health!
