Sugary Drinks Linked with Obesity in Children

OK–so are we really surprised by this??  But, good to know that research is confirming common sense.  Please choose water or teas in place of sodas and juices.  Add a few slices of fruit to your water for some additional flavor–lemons are common, but peaches and cucumber slices also provide a yummy treat.  Avoid artificial sweeteners!
