Foods for Weight Loss

More information on “super foods”–which is great, but getting over-used as a topic.  This article summarizes foods that the editor of “Self” magazine recommends for weight loss.  While I agree with some of her recommendations, I advise limiting legumes and grains since they both contain high carbohydrate content which can increase insulin production which can lead to insulin resistance and weight gain.  Bottom line (yet again)–eat more vegetables and fruits along with healthy proteins!!  Click here for article.
