Flavonoids to Prevent Parkinson’s Disease

Another research article is reporting the benefits of eating foods high in flavonoids–this time to reduce risk of developing Parkinson’s disease.  Foods included in their study are tea, apples, orange juice, red wine and berries.  Regular consumption of berries had the greatest benefit for women; while men responded favorably to a variety of flavonoids.  Eat your fruits and vegetables!!  Click here.
