Avoid BPA–new research results on impact on children of pregnant mothers.

Research is showing yet another concern regarding exposure to BPA (bisphenol-A)–there is an increased incidence of anxiety and attention difficulties in girls born to women who had elevated levels of BPA in their urine.

Bottom line:  Avoid packaged foods and plastic containers.  Stick to glass containers (stainless steel is a second option–I wonder what adverse metal or chemical might be found in SS in the future??) and whole foods (no packaging) to reduce exposure to unwanted additives.
