Chronic Pain? Try these . . .

There are many “natural” options to help reduce pain and inflammation. Diet is key as is exercise. Eliminate sugar, nightshades (tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, etc. ), gluten, and any foods that you know you have adverse reactions. Move!–exercise is truly our best friend. Homeopathic or topical Arnica is wonderful for muscle aches and pains. Epsom salt baths are another favorite of mine–the magnesium can help not only reduce muscle aches but support detoxification.
