Women Need More Sleep

That is just the tip of the iceberg–check out the first line in the attached article:  “It’s tough being a woman in this world. Women are twice as likely to experience major depression than men and more likely to suffer from heart disease.” Stop the multi-tasking. Eat a healthy (and simple!) diet–fruits, veggies, and meats (fish, chicken, etc). And get a good night’s sleep. Get to your doctor to have screening physical examination and labs. To Your Health!
