Hurray–Coffee May Help Reduce Dementia in Women!

There is new evidence that coffee may help reduce the risk of dementia in women. Since I love coffee, this is especially good news to me 🙂 Now, remember though, moderation is important. Limit coffee consumption to 1 – 2 cups daily and avoid filling it with sugars and syrups. Also, if you have high blood pressure, you may need to avoid caffeine altogether.
